Vence Private Credit is dynamic access to time and capital, governed by the Trust Graph and Policy Engine, not a static score. Availability today: **invite / design-partner** programs.

## Products

| Product            | What it does                                                                                        |

| **Net-60 Card**    | 0% interest for 60 days on qualifying spend, or take the cashback / points path under program rules |
| **Capital**        | Working capital that grows with verified revenue and trust                                          |
| **Bill Pay Later** | Breathing room on eligible bills                                                                    |
| **Pay Over Time**  | Extended repayment on approved expenses                                                             |
| **Liquidity**      | Unlock liquidity against eligible assets under policy                                               |

## How decisions work

Every facility and authorization is:

* Explainable (reason codes)
* Versioned (policy + model)
* Monitored (material changes re-enter policy)
