> Continuous monitoring of material risk changes — payroll, revenue, velocity — feeding Controls.

# Monitoring

Trust is not a one-time KYC checkbox. Vence monitors material changes and re-enters policy when the world moves.

Examples of signals:

* Payroll interruption
* Revenue decline
* Velocity and MCC anomalies
* Relationship or identity changes

## Controls

When policy says so, Vence can:

* Trigger review or reverification
* Pause draws
* Reduce limits
* Restrict spend on Vence Card

Controls stay inside Vence’s product and contractual scope.
