How Vence works

Vence does one core job: turn fragmented financial data into explainable credit decisions, then carry those decisions through origination, servicing, repayment and monitoring.

The credit platform

  1. Connect: Entities, identity links, bank and payroll data, wallets, and feature snapshots.
  2. Graph: People, businesses, institutions, connected accounts, and relationships with evidence.
  3. Decide: Underwrite with verdict, limits, conditions, reason codes, and policy versions.
  4. Operate: Facilities, draws, repayments and servicing events on one execution model (Credit Network — private prototype).
  5. Monitor: Material changes re-enter policy — cash-flow drift, covenant pressure, repayment behaviour.
  6. Review: Authorized teams inspect decisions, exceptions and audit history in Institution Console.

What Vence does not sell

Vence is credit infrastructure, not a bank. We do not offer business banking, personal accounts, cards, treasury, savings, or rewards as Vence products. Customers may build those experiences on top of Vence; that does not make them Vence offerings.

For developers

The public path is intentionally short (when API access is provisioned):
  1. Create an API key in Console.
  2. Create or retrieve an entity.
  3. Attach identity / cashflow signals.
  4. Call underwrite.
  5. Fulfill on webhooks and audit the decision record.
